So wonderful, the many ways we can keep our physical bodies vibrant and well-functioning. Yet: we also have a multi-dimensional second body, as virtually all the world’s wisdom and spiritual traditions testify.
Coiled within us is a realm less dense yet more spacious, more subtle yet more intense, alive and fully functional. It sits between the visible material realm and the invisible spiritual realm, the form and the formless. There, where the two seas meet is a heaven/earth intertidal zone, where we receive guidance, inspiration and vivifying power. Here we cultivate our powers of True Desire, attention, will, love and service to others.
While invisible to the eye, second body is clearly perceptible to the eye of the heart, ‘knowing of’ versus ‘thinking about’ sacred embodied presence and assistance.
With the potent powers of group interactive learning, we will engage both our physical and our nascent second body together: using qigong/tai chi movement, breath, sound, toning, journaling and experience exchange.
Discovering together our individuated relationship with planet earth and our human place in the cosmos, we will navigate and chart these waters.
