Background
This non-martial tai chi-qigong form was created by Chang San Feng, legendary tai chi Grandmaster, and 13th century creator of tai chi. This short form offers simple, gentle tai chi/qigong movements for in-depth body, heart, mind integration. It was secretly practiced as a spiritual/meditative form – the sister to martial tai chi – passed down through a one-by-one lineage of tai chi masters for the last 800 years.
