Soft, Supple, Simple

What if Strength, Joy and Wholeness
are best attained thru soft and supple?

Like water seeking the path of least resistance,
it overcomes the hard and resistant.

What if soft and supple are the way
of Aliveness
whereas hard and rigid are the way
of death?

Ego mind likes the complicated.
Heart and soul seek the simple.

Ego likes the hard.
Integrative body-heart-mind-soul seeks the soft.

Small mind wants to prove its superiority.
Body-heart-mind-soul wants connection,
the taste of aliveness.

Humans are born soft and supple;
dead they are stiff and hard.
Plants are born tender and pliant;
dead, they are brittle and dry.

Thus whoever is stiff and inflexible
is a disciple of death.
Whoever is soft and yielding
is a disciple of life.

The hard and stiff will be broken.
The soft and supple will prevail.
